How to merge 2 Fanpage pages into 1?
Or in other words, how to merge 2 Facebook Fanpages?
Well, if you have 2 Fanpages with the same topic, why don’t you combine them to make it easier to manage.
I also just merged my 2 Facebook pages, so I can write a tutorial for you guys. In general, it is very easy.
#first. What to prepare before merging 2 Facebook Fanpage pages?
The mandatory condition is that you must change the names of 2 identical FanPages, case sensitive.
NOTE:
This name change step is very important, and you should also change it carefully. It is best to copy-paste quickly and accurately, because if you change it wrong, you will have to wait a few more days before you can change it again.
Perform:
You go to the Fanpage management section => select the Fanpage you want to rename => select Cài đặt

Then you access the section Thông tin Trang

Then rename the Fanpage as you want and you’re done.
#2. Steps to merge 2 Fanpage into 1 on Facebook
Okay, after having 2 Fanpages with the same name, now we proceed to merge these 2 Fanpages into 1. You do the following:
+ Step 1: Access to Fanpage management => select Cài đặt
+ Step 2: Next you choose tab Chung
=> and find the feature Hợp nhất trang
as shown below.
Choose Hợp nhất các Trang trùng lặp

This step requires entering your Facebook account password.
+ Step 3: The most important step here, choose carefully
- Source page: As the page you want to merge into the main site, it will be deleted after the merge.
- Landing page: As the main page, everything will be preserved after the Merge is successful!
After selecting as shown below, press Tiếp tục
Press Gửi

If successful, there will be a message as shown below, and if it fails, Facebook will notify you of the failure reason and you will follow their request.
+ Step 4: Wait…
According to Facebook, the merging process will take 3 to 5 days. However, when I tried it, I went back and forth and the merge was done. It should take about 5 minutes
