1. Use the Microsoft Word mobile app
When you find this article, you may not know that Microsoft Word also has a version for Android phones and iPhones. This application has the most core features for editing Word documents such as customizing text, inserting images, aligning, page breaks, etc.
Step 1: Download Microsoft Word application
First, you need to download the Microsoft Word application on CH Play or App Store. Let’s Log in your Microsoft account (if you don’t have one, select Free sign up).
Press Try later if you don’t want to sign up for the Microsoft 365 Personal trial.
Step 2: Create a new document
After logging in, you’ll be taken to the app’s home page, where you’ll see the projects you’ve worked on.
To create a new document, tap Plus at the bottom of the screen, then select a blank page or document template to get started.
Step 3: Edit your Word document
The Microsoft Word application has all the basic functions for you to create your Word documents. To use these functions, click on the . icon A in the top menu bar.
On the Home tab, you’ll easily find familiar customizations like font, font size, font color, etc. Keep scrolling down to find alignment, text formatting, etc.
Step 4: Insert the image into your Word document

2. Use Google Docs

Step 1: Get the Google Docs app on your iPhone or Android phone. Sign in to your Google account when opening the app.
Step 2: To create a new document, click Plus in the lower right corner, then select one more New document or start from available form.
Step 3: Let’s start editing your text. If you want to use custom functions, click letter A in the upper right corner.
Step 4: You can customize the design about Document (style, font, size, color,…) and Paragraph (align, indent, stretch, …).
Step 5: To insert an image into the document, click Plus in the top menu >> Picture. This is also where you insert other elements such as tables, page breaks, horizontal lines, etc.
Step 6: When completing the document, you proceed to export the Word file. Press The ellipsis >> Share and export.
Step 7: Choose Save as Word. Your document will be exported as a copy in Word format on the home page.
