1. When you block someone on Twitter
When you block a person on Twitter, what exactly do you gain?

3. How to unblock users on Twitter

3.1 On the computer
Step 1: Open Twitter in the web browser you normally use. At the home page, select More.
Step 2: Choose Settings and privacy in the menu that appears.
